Founder & Chairman
Dioceldo Sy is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc., which is the home of multiple successful brands namely, Ever Bilena, Careline, Blackwater, Hello Glow, and BluStar.
He is also a sportsman, actively supporting the National University Women’s Basketball Team, and the owner of Blackwater Elite in the PBA.

Ar. Kelvin Go is a registered architect with more than 30 years of experience in design and construction. He is the President and Principal Architect of his design firm, Kelvin Go Architectural Services.
A graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology, he has completed a wide range of projects—this including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
